We will be collaborating with the Gilson Herb Lyceum to bring you a series of Alpine Beer Dinners. Chef Paul Callahan has orchestrated a menu of European comfort foods that we paired with the most unique and traditionally appropriate beers available to us.  Illustrating that beer has earned its place at the dinner table.
